United States vs Georgia Fort: Journalist Files Motions to Dismiss

On August 6, independent journalist Georgia Fort and her legal team at Ballard Spahr filed three motions to dismiss the federal charges against her in response to her January 30 indictment and arrest. The motions challenge the legal basis of the case and ask the court to dismiss her case.
